How do I sign up for the Live course?

Head over to the online temple, our online courses, click on “Sign up via email” for the “Joy of Healthy Cooking: Recipes and Nutrition” course. Via email you’ll receive the Zoom and Google Calendar links for your access.

Are the live workshops recorded?

Yes, all live workshops are recorded and made available in the video library for later viewing.

What equipment do I need for the course?

You’ll need a basic kitchen setup with standard cooking utensils. A list of specific tools will be provided upon registration.
